I have worked with start-ups, MSMEs, and MNC work cultures in the pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and renewable energy segments. During my HR business partner role, I had opportunities to undertake assignments in corporate HR, sales HR, and plant HR roles with key result areas pertaining to talent acquisition, organization development (OD), learning & development, employee engagement, performance planning & management, and industrial relations & labor laws. I believe that Human Resource Management and Organization Development (HR & OD) is all about creating the right employee experiences in the business context through an effective organizational ecosystem for the people.
I always endeavor to balance subjective and objective thinking while implementing HR & OD solutions.
